Doctors are fighting for Justice. They want fair hearings and an end to injustices by the GMC. Those doctors who have been dealt with unfairly ask for a review of all the cases where a doctor has been erased. Doctors would prefer that the Hearings are chaired by Judges and run by a fully independent body and not the GMC. There can be no fairness until the GMC has had its powers of investigation and ability to influence panels removed. There can be no fairness until there has been an investigation into the GMC’s past pre-determined erasure decisions. The GMC works for no-one, neither patient nor doctor. Its history shows this.
By signing the petition below you will be expressing your support not only for the doctors who have suffered from GMC injustices but for all doctors. You will also be expressing your support for patients who expect their doctors to be treated fairly at all times.
